Stowe Elementary School:

• Summer Math Lab (Will provide learning opportunities for growth and support in problem-solving, concept development, and computation skills.)
                         $15,000
• Summer Writing Seminars (Will provide learning opportunities for students to develop and refine skills in six genres:  narrative, response to literature and non-fiction, report, persuasive, procedure, and personal essay.)
                         $15,000
• Smart Board Technology Exploration (An electronic white board connected to a pc, a projector & internet allowing electronic interconnection of resoures in real time and electronic documentation of the lesson.
                         $3,750

The SEF is committed to establishing fund-raising goals that fill the gaps mutually identified by the schools and parents each year.  The above wish list has been developed by the schools for 2007-2008.
